George De Piro

George De Piro is a graduate of the Siebel Institute of Technology's 63rd Short Course in Brewing Technology and the Pub Brewery Operations course. He has experience brewing 5-gallon and 15-bbl batches (and some points in-between). He is a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry and a past president of the Malted Barley Appreciation Society (Brooklyn's best homebrew club).
