George De Piro

George De Piro is a graduate of the Siebel Institute of Technology's 63rd Short Course in Brewing Technology and the Pub Brewery Operations course. He has experience brewing 5-gallon and 15-bbl batches (and some points in-between). He is a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry and a past president of the Malted Barley Appreciation Society (Brooklyn's best homebrew club). When he isn't thinking about beer he can be found playing with his overgrown black Lab, Milo. They can be reached at gdepiro@fcc.net.
