Micah Millspaw

Micah Millspaw is the brewmaster at Murphys Creek Brewing Co. (Murphys, California) and is the chief engineer for R&D at Benjamin Machine Products (Modesto, California). He holds degrees in metalworking and mechanical engineering and has written articles on brewing and brewing equipment design. He has been making beer and wine for eons and enjoys growing his own grapes and making wine with his family.
