Dan A. Morey

Dan A. Morey is a test engineer for Operator Environment, Off Road Equipment in Lombard, Illinois. Morey has brewed a total of 46 batches with friends and on his own since he began brewing in the summer of 1992. After the first batch he began all-grain brewing. His beers have won ribbons in several styles, including stout, Bock, and Helles lager. Currently, his favorite beer is one of his own: an extra special rye bitter. However, he doesn't consider any one beer his best, saying it depends on the mood he and his companions are in.

His motto: Good beer, like life, is full of variety and is to be enjoyed.
